No human or veterinary use
Products are not for human or veterinary use, in-vivo experimentation, or any clinical application. You will not administer these products to yourself, another person, or any animal.
Age & qualification verification
You confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you are a qualified researcher, licensed professional, or institutional representative with a legitimate laboratory research purpose.

FORTIS Research bears no liability for any misuse of these research compounds outside of their intended in-vitro laboratory application. You assume full legal and personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing research chemical procurement and use.
No medical claims reliance
You confirm that you have not relied on any health, therapeutic, or performance claims in making a purchase, and you understand that no such claims are made or implied by FORTIS Research.
Handling & storage
Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Proper storage, handling, and disposal of research compounds after delivery are the researcher's sole responsibility.
