§ 01 · Clause
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using fortisresearchlabs.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
§ 02 · Clause
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and a qualified researcher or representative of a licensed research facility. Orders may be cancelled at our discretion if eligibility cannot be verified.
§ 03 · Clause
Research use only
All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not for human or veterinary use.
§ 04 · Clause
Orders & payment
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment must be received and cleared before products are shipped.
§ 05 · Clause
Shipping & risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Storage and handling after delivery are the customer's responsibility.
§ 06 · Clause
Returns
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
§ 07 · Clause
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORTIS Research is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or the website.
§ 08 · Clause
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the FORTIS Research name, logo, product descriptions, and images, is the exclusive property of FORTIS RESEARCH LLC. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Account termination
FORTIS Research reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including for misrepresentation, suspected misuse of products, or violation of these Terms.

Governing law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monroe County, New York.

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described therein.
